Eva's Hair Salon and barbers

The hair salon has generally been good, but I had a disappointing experience with a stylist named Hilda. She did my hair color, but her lack of professionalism was evident. The color ended up on my face, the wash was poorly done, and she left my hair without blow-drying it. I frequently come here for hair color, and they usually charge me $80 for a root touch-up, including a wash and blow-dry. This time, however, they were closing soon, and because she had another appointment after mine, she neglected to dry my hair. When I asked her about it, she simply said there was no time and that my long hair would take too long to dry. She didn’t communicate that the blow-dry wasn't included, and when I brought it up, she started arguing with me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and

I always have a good experience at Eva’s salon, but specifically with Lucy, she’s really good at tailoring and remembering exactly how I like it. I’ve been jumping from barbershop to barbershop and this is the one that always gets it right. 5⭐️
