I first started going to Evalash Nail Salon in 2014, and the experience was good at first. The salon was clean and well-organized, the staff was genuinely welcoming (offering drinks and a relaxing massage), and the quality of both manicures and pedicures was commendable. However, over time, the standards began to slip significantly. Simple courtesies, like offering a glass of water, were overlooked; for the massage they requested an additional fee starting at $25; the materials used became noticeably subpar; and the overall customer service dropped below expectations. I’ve been Qyn’s client for over 20 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! She practices impeccable hygiene and consistently delivers flawless results. Even after moving an hour away, I still make the drive because my lashes last a full month and always look amazing. Yesterday was my last time engaging with this place. I have managed to get service here twice and two other times I was ignored or bumped out of my appointment. I never seen any other people here but white people. So I guess I finally have the message after yesterday. They ONLY service white people. When I was serviced , they ignore my questions or shorten my requested service. They say they are appointment only. But the shop is empty. I have never even heard of an appointment only NAIL place in THIS area. And if it were one , than it would advertise that. It’s not. While in the chair once I have seen ladies walk in and ask to get a service done and they don’t get the “Appointment “ response. Yesterday I walked in to try to get a pedicure and they again said appointment . I said how soon c
