I never usually write reviews but the experience was really disappointing so here I am. I’ve been here twice which is a mistake. First I got sns done and broke 2 nails within 2 weeks, it broke in the middle and hurt so bad. The lady who did my nails rushed everything and was rude. Second time I went for gel x and I paid around $150 for a very simple design with no charms, it’s just French with few lines. The nails look like in the pictures which are so unnatural, look how they are sitting so high on the nails, even press ons look better than this. While I was there two other women walked in with broken nails. The ladies I got both times were really rude. Highly disappointed

Updated review: So I originally tried this place and thought it was amazing because for adults it’s great but this weekend is my daughters birthday weekend today 9/16 she is 8 and tomorrow she will be 9 … so she is a little kid still… the lady looked at my daughter and said that she was to tall for a kids service price. I explained she is only 8 and although she is tall for her age she is still only 8 I found it unreasonable to charge me full price when let’s say a short adult comes in that is shorter then they would pay a kids rate. I can understand you have an age limit but a height requirement makes my daughter feel subconscious walking out so we left and went down the street to park slope nails which did have a 8 year old age limit which was fair and technically today my daughter is s

So the job is well done but unfortunately they are not friendly at all and it borderlines on even being rude. So if you want bad service but nice nails- come here. So many nail salons to choose from why would anyone settle for less.

It’s so hard to find a great nail technician. This place is full of them! Every person is an expert in their field and just as important, they’re really kind people. Lee Lee is my tech of choice. She never disappoints. She’s very accommodating and takes directions very well. 100% recommend.

Ling is a gem, did the most wonderful job. She replicated the reference photo I provided, worked meticulously, was very careful, and did not cause me pain. She also was able to finish the design quickly and swiftly. She was very kind and listened to my wants. Will definitely go back to her soon. I feel like she can do any design you want, and she won’t disappoint.
