I have been a client of this EWC since they opened and have visited many of their facilities across the country in my travels. I love the consistent quality of the experience whether I am in my “home” location or anywhere else. I see Violet and she is great. She has the ability to make a potentially uncomfortable treatment virtually painless and she’s always been so kind. Highly recommend!

Jamie was excellent! She took her time and treated my wax experience with individualized care. I’ve been using EWC for over 10 years, and when I find a great technician, I stick with them. When a tech rushes or doesn’t pay attention to hair growth patterns, it often leads to irritation and bumps, so I truly appreciate Jamie’s patience, attention to detail, and professionalism. The girls were super accommodating when I arrived earlier than scheduled due to an emergency with a coworker and wouldn’t be able to make my later appointment. Carina was super efficient ,friendly, and made for good conversation. I’d definitely book with her again!

This was my first time at the Westport location - I have been going to another location for 15 plus years but recently I was not happy. I saw Jaimie and she was great - very professional and listened to my wants/needs. I will definitely be booking with her again!!
