European Wax Center

This center lacks professionalism and basic management. Every time I have issue that requires a managers attention the manager is never responsive or available. She does not take her job serious and does not know how to complete simple tasks. I firmly believe that this center is being help up by the waxers and their loyal guests as well as the front desk. She has pressured me into purchasing packages and also double charged my friend for a package. It took months for her to get a refund because the manager refused to call her back to fix this issue. I see that nobody seems to lasts at this location and the manager never communicates properly when needed. This entire center needs a different manager or much better training. The waxers and workers are great, but the manager does not fulfill

I consistently have an outstanding experience every time I come in for my wax. From the moment I walk in, from the front desk to my wax technician, are all incredibly welcoming and professional. They go out of their way to make me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The facilities are spotless, and the customer service is exceptional. Whenever I need to reschedule or make changes to my appointments, the team makes it effortless and hassle-free. I always look forward to my visits, and I love it so much that I even got a wax pass!

EWC has been a great investment. The staff is friendly and professional. Stephanie has been my eyebrow specialist for the past year. She was highly recommended and has been nothing short than wonderful.

Tania is the best!!! I have been going to her for years and she does a consistently AMAZING job. She is efficient, has great technique, and makes it look and feel effortless. I have been using EWS since 2015, and this location specifically is the best I have been to. The space is modern, inviting, and clean. I would highly recommend this location and Tania for your next wax!

Good first waxing experience, I enjoyed my appointment with Marissa, she was super nice and informative throughout the whole process. She’s very gentle. The place is clean and they have a wide range of body products to choose from. I suggest calling ahead to book an appointment.
