I had such an amazing experience with Nikki! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained everything she was doing, worked quickly but carefully, and made the whole appointment way easier than I expected. Nikki clearly knows what she’s doing and really cares about her clients having a great experience. The results were perfect, and the service was top-tier. If you’re thinking about booking, definitely ask for Nikki — you won’t be disappointed!!

There is nothing like having a skilled AND emotionally intelligent wax practitioner. Life was life--ing and next thing I knew I was months past due for a treatment. I scheduled an appointment with the first person available and clearly the gods were in my favor. I was booked with the lovely Nadia for the first time. Towards the end of session we hit a rough patch (pun intended). She talked me through the last part of the session like a pro therapist. Her communication was top tier, confidence was top tier, technique was magnificent. Bonus points for the laughter throughout the session. Scheduled my next appointment with Nadia and will not miss another session in the future lol. ❤️

This was my first visit and I am going to look them up in Va. I came in with my niece. Who goes all the time. After speaking with the wonderful young ladies at the front desk, I decided to try it. Jala was awesome! I felt very comfortable with her during my entire service! I will definitely Be back!

I hadn’t been to the European Wax Center in over a year and was looking for a new wax specialist. I did a bit of research and Jillian’s name was mentioned frequently in positive reviews. And let me tell you, she did not disappoint! Jillian did an excellent job! She was courteous, professional and took great care of me. She provided thorough aftercare instructions. I’m happy to say that I found my new wax specialist!!

Amira was fantastic! Very thorough! Best wax I have in a while. First wax specialist to give samples to try before buying products. Definitely going back to her!
