I had a wonderful experience with Vanessa. It had been quite some time since my last session, but returning and being assisted by her made the transition feel effortless and comfortable. She was exceptionally polite, highly professional, and very thorough in her approach. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor truly stood out, and she made the entire experience both pleasant and reassuring. I genuinely appreciate her level of care and would gladly recommend her services to others.

I’ve been going here a couple of years and all of the ladies do great work. Recently I saw Chloe for the first time for multiple services including the most private and potentially embarrassing areas. I’m a 45 year old lady who’s had 2 kids and gained/lost over the years so my stuff isn’t as tight as it once was, and some aestheticians pull the wax off in a way that yanks at or even bruises my skin. Chloe was so fast, minimal discomfort, and I have none of the sore patches, missed areas, or any other issues I’ve had experienced in my 20+ years of getting waxed. She didn’t make me feel self conscious - she was super professional. Also she was a good listener talked about interesting things - not that it’s her job but it does improve the experience.

Zury was my Wax Specialist and was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her at their University Place location. Being my first time, Zury was able to make me feel comfortable and was extremely informative in walking through the process before she began, continued to check in with me throughout the process and gave an abundance of after care information. Highly recommend her and booked a follow up appointment before I left.

Jasmine is amazing every time I see her. We vibe so well and I’m going to continue booking with her going forward. She always makes me feel comfortable and she does a phenomenal job on my waxes.

Is waxing ever a fun experience? Not really but super glad I randomly got Heaven as my person. She was super friendly but more importantly, efficient!! I saved her info as I would definitely request her.
