My tech Natalie was nice and friendly. The front desk clerk the day I went was super sweet. I was nervous about the service but she made me feel at ease! I don't regret it.....BUUUUT I went back to do a follow up from my first service after speaking with someone on the phone telling me I could just walk in...when I got there it was a different receptionist and her tone demeanor was not welcoming at all. I could tell she was not who I spoke with.. I didn't drive from local and to get there to be turned away put a bit of sour taste in my mouth!

Kaitlyn always does amazing work! And we talk through the whole session. If your a first timer for any type of wax...see her. She will talk to you and make you feel comfortable and not nervous. She a 10/10 recommend!

Natalie was AMAZING!! she made me feel so comfortable for my first time and also made my first experience very painless! will definitely go back to her!

Front desk girl AUDREY is grossly unprofessional and should not be in customer service. Went in within my 5 day window for a touch up on my lunch break. The appointment was at 12:45 PM and they sent an automated text at 12:12 PM. I didn’t realize because I cannot be on my phone so when I drove to my appt they let me know it was moved but I couldn’t stay because I was on my lunch break. She rudely refused to extend the touch up timeframe because I had been notified via text 33 minutes prior to my actual appointment. Absolutely love the girl that waxes me though ♥️ her name is Kylie and she’s great at what she does.

this was my second time getting a brazilian wax since the first time 4 years ago. Lexy was so friendly and comforting, i hate that she is leaving and i can’t go back to her. She also did my eyebrows and did an amazing job.
