I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. I’ve gone through some waxers, but my current waxer is legitimately the best. She’s thorough and makes sure there are no stray hairs left. Zoe is best!

I am still fuming!!!! Do NOT go to this location! 0 stars if possible. I have been a wax pass member for several years. See screenshots! I had a 2:45pm appointment today on Thanksgiving eve. I arrived 16 minutes early at (2:29pm) to ensure I was out in time to pick up my child at 3:30pm. I was checked in to an empty waiting room. A white woman walked in shortly after me and was taken right away. I assumed she had a 2:30pm appointment, so I didn’t mind because I was early. She was done around 2:45 and checked out as I still sat there checking my clock. 3:00pm, another white woman storms in mad that she was texted that her 3pm wax appointment was going to be pushed 15 min!!! Aniyah was the SWEETEST! After being traumatized from another waxed in a different state she made me feel welcomed and to love myself in my own skin. We talked about musicals and movies and overall wonderful vibes! Such a sweetheart and front desk staff was A1! Thank you so much for a great experience 🩷
