I’ve been going to Kayla for over a year now. She is incredibly kind, funny, and professional. She makes every visit relaxing and I leave every time with exactly what I asked for. The wax is never scalding hot and she is very thorough in getting every hair that was out of place. Absolutely amazing.

The Stoneham EWC is a great location. The facility is clean, well maintained, and in a great location. I have consistently gone here for a long time. The staff at the front desk / reception are usually friendly and keep the check in and out process quick and easy. They are also great about asking if you want to schedule next appointment there (which is how you earn the points) and they ask if you want to use points if they are available. As for the waxing services and experience, I absolutely love and recommend Josie. She is amazing - I was so happy to have found her a while back and have been going to her regularly since. Having hot wax and hair ripped off/out is not exactly an “enjoyable” thing, but she makes it an enjoyable experience. She is super friendly and professional; any/all awk

Kayla is the absolute best!! What could be an uncomfortable experience she makes a wonderful one every single time. She’s great at her work and is always so awesome to talk to throughout the appointments, I’m always excited to come see her again every month!

I have blond/red hair that is easy to miss. Shannon didn’t miss any spots and she’s super chill and fun to be around. I almost abandoned my leg bundle after so many patches were missed on my first visit (and how difficult it was to schedule a touch up with a different team member), but Shannon saved my faith in waxing as an option. Josie made me feel at ease and comfortable for my bikini line wax. She gave me great tips and tricks for maintaining and soothing my sensitive skin. Would totally book again with Josie!
