Always a great experience from the front desk to my waxing professional Morgan. Always a delight to have fun conversation and friendly interaction when up in CT. Keep up the great work guys! One aside- I have loved the color aesthetic of the red and purple and gray. I am hearing rumors of corporate going more muted and blah- please don’t do it. I’m sure you are trying to give a more “relaxed” vibe, but it translates to boring and unappealing. Keep the happiness with the little pops of color.

I usually rate after my second or third visit. My go to person left EWC. Sadly. But, Gillian has definitely been great. Very precise in her work. Especially eyebrows, since we all know that’s a very delicate area to work on. She gave suggestions and opinions that definitely left my eyebrows looking more natural to my face shape.

From the moment you walk into the door to the moment you walk into the room to the moment you leave, absolute professionalism. The front office staff is friendly and inviting and my waxer Bryanna is equal parts professional and personable. I feel very comfortable every time I visit and would highly recommend EWC.
