I've had a lot of the same experiences here as other 1 star reviews. Decided to see what other people were experiencing given my reluctance to schedule my next wax despite having purchased a wax pass for full legs, brazilian, and underarms. After 4 visits, and trying 3 different waxers, I've consistently felt uncomfortable and pressured by this location. Years ago I went to a EWC in LA and had a much different experience. What I can say about this place is that they expect me to lie naked and fully exposed in a freezing cold room and jabber on nonstop. There is nothing in the room to distract from the pain, and with the cold, my pores do not want to let go of the hairs, so it is much more painful than it needs to be. All of the waxers I've seen have been very young and inexperienced. I kee

This was my first time coming in here and I came in super last minute but they were able to get me in no problem. Alex was super friendly, quick, and respectful. 10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone in Salem!
