Ok my first time to EWC for that matter to any spa.. The girl at the front desk was excellent and helpful with me to choose a product.. Told me that the my esthetician would be with me shortly. A few minutes later I met Rayne she was awesome she made me feel really comfortable and at ease.. We discussed what I was having done and she explained as she started on my session. I’m was very pleased and satisfied with the services I got.. Made my next appointment as well.. Highly recommend EWC you won’t regret it.. Thanks

I can NOT stress this enough! Everyone and I mean everyone is so professional and patient. I did a full body, and they'll check in on you frequently and make sure you are comfortable. If you need anything, just let them know. Absolutely accommodating! The rooms are clean and organized. They absolutely communicate well.

This establishment deserves a 10 star. The moment you walk in I was welcomed by a friendly lady at the front desk. I promise you not once did she stop smiling she smiled our entire interaction. She was very pleasant all my fear went away the moment I stepped in. This was my first time wax and PAIGE IS THAT GIRL. She was informative nice friendly FAST I felt comfortable she talked to me the entire time and she was QUICK. So if you were afraid of pain when waxing down there go to European wax because the experience is 10/10 the serum I bought I love how it sprays out so it’s easy to apply. I will be coming here for the rest of my life lol!

Paige is the best! She always takes her time and does the best job ever. I will not go to anyone else.

I tried to give this location plenty of chances before I decided to write a review but it’s time. Not sure what’s the point of having walk in’s when there aren’t ever any. I moved to this area a couple of years ago and since it’s closer than Wellington, I’ve tried walking in numerous times. There’s no way that for almost 2 years now, every time I attempt to walk in for lip, it’s fully booked. I don’t book ahead because I don’t have a set schedule where I can go as I’m a stay at home mom and have one of the two all day with me. The customer service has always been bad in my opinion whether it’s in person or over the phone. You’re immediately placed on hold without getting a courtesy prompt from the GSA that you’ll be on hold and if it’s walking in person, the body language and tone gives of
