European Wax Center

I typically visit European Wax in Arlington near my home, however I am here in the Round Rock area taking care of my sister after a medical emergency. I thought I would have had the opportunity to go home by now, but … not yet. I contacted this location to see if they could squeeze me in quickly as my window of opportunity to leave my sister is limited. They were very accommodating… got an appointment within 30 mins. Brianna was the person who serviced me. She was very personable as well as professional, and she too got me in & out quickly. If you are looking for a good wax person I highly recommend her. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were closing within an hour and Teresa was kind enough to squeeze me in before they closed. Teresa was extremely informative and educated me on waxing and helped me to understand past issues I had. She was quick. Everything was relatively painless. She explained about their patented wax and the benefits. As a person who loves learning, this was an incredible experience. She was patient with me as I was having some new services i had never experienced before. The young lady at the front was thorough in her explanations. She answered every "what if" question I asked. Hello, I wanted to share my experience from today, Saturday, February 28th around 5:00 PM. I came in to purchase products (not for an appointment), and unfortunately, my interaction was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me — I believe her name was Andrea — did not greet me when I entered. Her demeanor felt unwelcoming, and she appeared uninterested in helping. I was not offered guidance about the products, nor were any details explained to me. The overall tone and attitude came across as dismissive and unpleasant. I did end up purchasing $45 worth of products, but the experience itself left a negative impression. First time at this European Wax Center located in Round Rock, TX - Marissa was absolutely phenomenal! She made me feel comfortable the entire time with great communication, and I felt little to no pain. I’ve been waxing for over 15 years and have had 20+ waxers handle my service appointments and she was hands down the VERY best! I’ll definitely be returning to Marissa at the Round Rock location for all my future waxing needs. Highly recommend!

Marissa is great as always! Don’t even want to mention her name because y'all will have her all booked up! But she’s worth the 30 min drive! I leave east Austin just to get to her! She’s my forever Waxer! The front desk staff (my apologies I didn’t get names) was friendly and very helpful as well!
