I used to get so much anxiety about waxing, but Anastasia changed everything! She’s so incredibly helpful and patient. I’ve been a regular of hers for a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is professional, kind, and a literal pro at what she does. Highly recommend!

This place is shady. First time my daughter went one of the technicians did a very poor job. When asked the front desk - they tried to defend despite knowing it was a bad work. Then they asked us to wait for an hour since they were busy as if they were being extremely courteous and doing us a favor as opposed to fixing lousy work that was performed. Fortunately, next day we were able to go in and Leticia did fantastic job. We signed up for their buy 3 get 1 free offer. After 3rd offer they told my daughter that it was her last. She mentioning that it wasn’t her last - front desk person re assured her that it was her last visit and made her renew. Upon calling them again - they mentioned there were zero visits left. When I asked for exact dates of the visits, then they admitted it wasn’

Anastasia is always a ray of sunshine, she is so kind and funny, i love her personality she has made every appointment of mine very relaxing while being super efficient with my wax! I would recommend her highly to anyone who loves a bubbly and professional waxer!

Nicole is wonderful! She does an excellent job on my wax. No matter how long it’s been since my last wax visit, she remembers me and we jump right back in to easy conversation.

Anastasia was great!! 5+ stars for her she was engaging, and kind. All through the service she kept me comfortable. Keep it up and others need to learn from her, specially at Coleman center in San Jose, California. It was the first time that wax technician offered to give a hand while getting on and off the table
