I want to a previous location in Collegeville and wasn’t pleased with the service of the waxer is all I will say then I came to this location in Upland Square in Pottstown and the lady at the front desk. I believe she’s a manager has an amazing attitude and vibes Very easy and nice to talk to and then it comes to Betty Joe. I absolutely love her. she’s amazing. She’s amazing attitude great conversation. It’s funny and let’s say I got a Brazilian wax and she pays attention to detail I made it less painful I’ve ever had. She is my forever go to waxer and I look forward to seeing her in three weeks because of the conversations that we shared together again I love Betty Joe.!!!!

I always have the best experience at European Wax Center! Jordan is my girl, shes an amazing wax specialist. She's super friendly, very professional, and has incredible attention to detail. From day 1, she has always made me feel comfortable and at ease, and the whole process is quick and flawless every time. The center is super clean and everyone is so welcoming.
