Had my first waxing experience here (Brazilian & Underarm) with Elizabeth and she was fabulous! Super kind, professional, and extremely patient with me for all of my awkward first time questions & concerns!! She made me feel very comfortable. I would also love to mention the receptionist (1/19 7:15pm is when I came) but I didn’t catch her name! We held a conversation after my appointment and she was so sweet & helpful. Both ladies were amazing! I booked a follow-up with Elizabeth and I will continue to book with her. Thank you girls!!!

CASSANDRA and Jody are both fantastic. Cassandra is excellent on the phone, pleasant, not pushy, makes a great effort to schedule according to your requests. And she listens the 1st time. Cassandra is my preferred point of contact for any and all scheduling needs. She is absolutely an ASSET to this location.

BELIEVE THE HYPE—Elizabeth was very attentive and sympathetic to my needs and nerves being that this was the first time at age 51 that I ever waxed. I painstakingly went through several reviews at different locations and glad I chose this location and technician.I did a Brazilian and an under arm service and not only did Elizabeth make me feel at ease but she talked me through the process and aftercare knowledgeable of her craft. Great results - I feel confident moving forward and definitely will be seeking out Elizabeth exclusively. Elizabeth is a definite asset to the EWC brand!

Jody was EXCELLENT!! This was my first time having my eyebrows done and she was so kind and personable throughout the whole service. And my eyebrows look fantastic! I will absolutely be going back!

Elizabeth at Plymouth MA location is the best! She is super professional but also skilled. I was nervous going in for a bikini wax but it did not hurt at all! She talked me through what to expect and is always knowledgeable about before and after care. I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a wax stylist.
