I’ve been coming to this place for about a year now, and every visit has been a great experience with Kay. During our last appointment for my daughter, I had a scheduling conflict and needed to reschedule through text. It was my fault—I didn’t call to confirm and just went with it. When we arrived, there was no appointment on file, and since it was an early appointment and we hadn’t eaten yet, we were bumped. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and quickly booked us for the earliest available appointment with Kay. We went to grab breakfast nearby and came back for the appointment. The receptionists are very friendly and give off such welcoming vibes. The facility is always clean, sterile, and well organized—even the inside rooms are spotless, which really gives peace of mind. Upon arrival, the two beautiful receptionists were very helpful. Also they were very pleasant and friendly. 😁 My wax Specialist was Andreana. She's amazing 🤩 since this was my first time she was very gentle and talked me through the entire session. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Based upon my experience over wall I booked another session before leaving. 😊

Amber is excellent at what she does. She has a great ability to engage her clients in conversation, which is very effective in helping distract from pain. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she consistently makes the experience comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend her work.

This is my 2nd time at this location and had Amber help me the first time. I think Amber is my new specialist from now on. Our conversation during the session was easy and made me feel like a friend than a client.
