My wax specialist Gianna is amazing at what she does. She will make you feel relaxed, comfortable and provide information for before and after care. She takes her time and will be gentle if you need her to be. Every time we have our appointments we will literally have conversations like we are friends and that’s one reason I will continue to book my appointments with her.

Ania was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel comfortable right away and truly listened to what I wanted. She checked in throughout the process to ensure everything met my expectations, which I really appreciated. Such a great experience—I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

First time going first off I love the guy at the front desk he’s so funny a welcoming had me laughing so hard on the phone, I couldn’t wait to meet him! then when I arrived that shop it was clean i could’ve laid on the floor honestly, when the ladies came to get it me the one I had was so nice very cheerful an friendly, made me so comfortable especially since I haven’t done a wax in years she was very polite an comical had me laughing all throughout the process then as I was finished, coming back out for the payment they both looked an said oh it’s free yall I was in shock an happy, I didn’t know if I should give hugs or bring gifts next time I come! Mind you I had my teenager and my two toddlers there an they were all over the place, nothing but patience with them making jokes an given ca

BECCA (Rebecca) is phenomenal. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my question and discuss skincare with me so we can get the maximum results we both desire. The scrub from the EWC line she suggested was wat gentler on my skin than what i was previously using, so thank you for the suggestion. Over all: 10 out of 10 experiences and as I gradually add more services to my line up, i will always choose Becca to do my services. Give her a raise for sure!! <3
