Got a Brazilian for the first time today and it was honestly so much more painless than I thought it would be. Alexis made it a very comfortable & relaxing experience. Alayni at the Oviedo, FL, location has been so helpful. My skin was so dry and the waxing was very painful. She has recommended products as I need them and it has improved my skin and my waxing experience! She is always so helpful whether it is my face or my nether regions. I LOVE going to her so much!

This new location is incredible! The manager, wax specialists, and guest service associates were so welcoming and made this a very comfortable and exciting experience. I get waxed at various places but this location is phenomenal. My waxer was Chloe and I cannot rave about her enough. She keeps the experience professional and fun by engaging with everyone and creating a trusting relationship with her clients. I love how my wax turned out and was pleasantly surprised when I had no redness, sensitivity, or irritation at the site. This is a huge plus for me because my skin is very sensitive and always flares up after a wax. Chloe was efficient with her work and made my wax ultimately painless.
