LOVE EWC and their people in Odessa, TX! I have been coming for a long time, and my wax specialist Bibi is the absolute best! She just has a way of making you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment she greets you. I always get three services done, and we have constant conversation the entire time. You can tell, she cares about her clients, and she really listens to them. She is not there just for a job - she is dedicated to what she does, and it shows in her demeanor. My specialist, Elsie, was amazing—she made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to check in with me, including asking about the wax temperature, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and care made a big difference. Vivi was also wonderful and helped make sure my discount was applied correctly, which was such a nice touch. The whole team was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
