European Wax Center

I’m went for my first wax in years back in December. I initially booked with any master esthetician assigned Nubian. Nubian was very patient with me and advised me about the benefits of the products that were recommended before purchasing. I had my second appointment with Nubian a few days ago and the upkeep felt much better. I went ahead and pre-purchased the wax bundle and look forward to being serviced by Nubian each time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nubian any day!

I have been a client at EWC for many years across 3 states with many waxers. I have seen the good and the bad. I am visiting Norfolk and had an appointment at their new center. I called the location first with a question and had a wonderful interaction with Debra (?). She could not be lovelier and made a great first impression. When I arrived Anne (?) was at the front desk. I can not say enough positive about her. I watched her interact with a client before me and she could not have been more warm, kind, and helpful. She is exactly the person you want at the front desk. EWC should have her train. The waxer i was to see was sent home ill earlier in the day (which I appreciated) and I was to see Kyra. I knew this is a brand new location with newer waxers so I didn't go in with high expectati

Kirra is so amazing! She did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible, I’ve been to other EWC in the hampton road area but this one has been the BEST one so far. The only thing I will say that’s slightly negative is that the lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant but she was very adamant on me buying the wax pass or some of the products. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!

Excellent services on my nose and ears! Kirra was fast and professional. She recommended products for me to use post waxing as well. I am excited for an EWC closer to my work!

I came here last week Sunday to be exact 1/11/26 & got my brows waxed & tinted……….. the waxing was okay but the tint was HORRIFIC like i literally had to pull my hat down to cover them because i had somewhere to be afterwards. My 3year old could’ve did a better job ! It wasn’t neat at all I was livid!!!!!!!!!! Please train y’all workers better cause shit like that would make someone snap!! People don’t play about their beauty especially their eyebrows omg ! Still tryna remove it till this day!!! Horrible service.
