From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, respected and completely at ease, which makes such a difference during a service that can feel a bit uncomfortable. She’s incredibly professional, gentle and very experienced. Her technique is quick, thorough and as painless as waxing can possibly be. What I appreciate most is how much care she takes with every detail. She checks in throughout the appointment, keeps everything clean and sanitary and makes sure the results are smooth and flawless. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

Uyen was extremely thorough. Even though I requested only a cleanup, Uyen made every minute count with her meticulous shaping, as if I had my browns done for the first time. I’m glad I was a walk in that day, and she was available. Professional, and highly recommended.
