I normally have a good experience here. But yesterday I went in for a Brazilian wax and left in pain and with hair. I wax regularly. There is no reason why I would still have hair. This girl used no powder, She didn’t let the wax dry enough before pulling, and was applying no tension to the skin. When I called to ask for a touchup, I was told that the girl who butchered my Brazilian was gonna be the one to clean up. When I requested that it’d be someone else because she’s done a terrible job in the past, I was told that it’s company policy to have the problem resolve it. Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem, but… I have asked twice now to not be scheduled with this girl. But was told if I wanted to clean up, it had to be done by her. Absolutely not. Where am I now? I live in Wyoming, but I travel to the Nashua area every quarter and always make sure to book an appointment with Jessica while I’m here. She is an absolute expert at what she does—out of any place I’ve gone for a wax, she is hands down the most thorough and efficient esthetician I’ve had. Our appointments are always quick, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable, and the time flies by. European Wax Center truly provides an unparalleled experience for something that isn’t necessarily anyone’s favorite—but is something we all need. I’d leave a pic with review, but I’m certain this post would be deleted, but take my word for it… I look great!

My first time visiting and Alexandria was great. She was super friendly and i felt like i could be picky about what I wanted, without being rushed. 10/10, would recommend Alexandria

I had Lexi for an eyebrow wax at the Nashua location and she was phenomenal!! Idk what you pay her but whatever it is give this woman a raise!!! (looking at you, Jen and Patty!!) Amazingly friendly personality and I could not be more satisfied with the shaping. She even went as far as to give me the handheld mirror and ask me about certain hairs she wasn’t sure about tweezing or not and was super willing to tweeze them more how I wanted them to be, was insisting on me being super satisfied with my shape and encouraged back and forth on details. Just thought I’d share my experience!! Front desk ladies were also very friendly and knowledgeable.
