Katilyn is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been going to her for years. She is effective and great at her job but it also feels like catching up with a good friend every time I go. I refuse to buy the package deal European wax studio runs because if she leaves I will follow

Genesis did a fantastic job! She was very thorough with the consultation, cleanliness, and making sure I was happy with everything. She also showed me how to fill in my eyebrows at the end. She was very sweet and a true professional, really enjoyed her. Again big props on the cleanliness, she disinfected everything and had barbercide ready. She made sure I was comfortable too. Already booked my next appointment

Amy was great! I am in from out of town and they were able to accommodate last minute appointment. Everyone was very friendly and personable. My eye brows look great and I feel like myself again!

Genesis did my Brazilian wax and she’s always so accommodating. Even when I’m pregnant she’ll ask me my concerns or give me tips on better skin care regimens always. I’m never sore or sensitive after the wax she always does an amazing job. She’s amazing!

I have a mixed reaction. My main concern is that the technician, Clara, did not really listen to me. I told Clara I wanted basic clean up without over plucking.!The top of my brow line feels uncomfortably itchy because of over plucking. The trimming of the hairs within my brown are great! If I go back definitely going to Cailyn.
