The staff here is consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. While they do offer products and packages during visits, it never feels pushy, which I genuinely appreciate. It’s more informative than salesy, and that balance matters. My wax associate Jada is absolutely amazing. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly efficient. I’m always in and out, and I’ve noticed that my hair growth takes longer to come back compared to past experiences elsewhere, which speaks volumes about her technique. As tempting as it is to gatekeep her, I highly recommend booking with Jada if you can. She’s the best!

I had an amazing experience at European Wax Center. I came in for a full Brazilian and underarms, and my waxer was truly exceptional. She was incredibly detailed, professional, and thorough, which made a huge difference in both the results and the overall experience. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. You can tell she really cares about her work and about her clients — nothing felt rushed (other than me and my ranting) and the results were super clean and smooth. My waxer Carmen was fantastic. I hadn't gotten waxed is years, and was admittedly a little nervous, but she made me feel comfortable, gave great insight, and made it a good experience. The person at the front desk was also very kind. I never felt rushed but at the same time it was a smooth quick experience.

Ryan is absolutely amazing! She’s friendly, approachable, and a true expert at what she does — always thorough yet impressively quick. I love how personable she is and how she genuinely remembers details about my life, always checking in and making each appointment feel comfortable and personal.
