Harper was amazing! Super detailed did not make me feel like I was asking for too much. And she made the experience very comfortable! I did 5 services with her in one day and have no complaints! The whole staff is honestly amazing.

I am so inconsistent when it comes to getting waxed…. And everytime I’ve come to this location I was with a different wax specialist but this time I had Ashlee and she is AMAZING. So sweet, personable, knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely use her again and will try to come regularly now.

Brazilian waxing can feel intimidating, but her professionalism, precision, and gentle approach made all the difference. Arrived 8 mins late, yes I know the policy that 9 mins late will cause you to be pushed back. I sat and waited and the next appt was 9:45. She also walked in 8 mins late and the receptionist still allowed her to walk into her appt. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE !!!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL LIKE THE FROMT DESK WAS PLAYING IN MY FACE. Because when 10am hit for the appt slot I sat and waited 20 mins for I’m going to have to wait longer due to her allowing the late person to still take their appt. Had I been able to go inside I’d been done before the girl even arrived. Not satisfied at all
