i had a brazilian and eyebrow wax service today at this location with a new waxer i hadnt had before. it was probably my worst experience ive had with waxing @ EWC: as a customer of EWC at this location for 3 years. this waxer had waxed the skin of my eyelid off! this has never happened to me in my 3 years of doing eyebrows and brazilians with EWC. when the waxer did my eyebrows: she wasnt holding my skin tightly when ripping the wax strip off like the other waxers do. As she was finishing the wax off my eyebrow i realize the pain, usually with waxing, was accompanied with prolonged burning and stinging: extremely more than usual. she had showed me my eyebrows in the mirror and thats when i realized my skin is literally charred off. she was explaining that it could be the retinol creams o

Samantha is incredibly thorough and makes the whole experience feel quick, comfortable, and as painless as possible. Her personality, work and professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend her services because she takes pride in her work, and I'm a true believer in doing what you love.

Sam is absolutely phenomenal and so educational about taking care of the areas I get waxed. She brings such light and fun energy, and is so relatable. We have good chats and she makes me feel so comfortable. The front desk ladies are also so kind every time I come in, and I cannot recommend this place and Sam enough!

I usually do my own eyebrows and only get them professionally done once a year to fix up the shape. My brows are a mess, they are sparse in some areas, full in others, and completely bare in spots. I’ve yet to find someone who could really help me, so I usually don’t expect too much and keep realistic expectations. That said, Kattie was my wax specialist, and she was fantastic, she exceeded all my expectations! She checked in with me throughout the entire process, asked all the right questions, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. She’s truly great, and I’m so glad I found her
