Every thing went great. The receptionist up front was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. Christy Knelsen was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. She never rushed and explained everything to me since it was the first wax job I’ve ever done. Had hair growing on my ears and is now completely gone and feels great. No more shaving them every 2 days and looks and feels great. Would highly recommend them for any waxing needs and the place was very clean and neat. They are very professional in what they are doing. This was my first time visiting this location. The receptionist was polite and quick to greet me and confirm my appointment as soon as I walked in. My wax specialist, Ashlee, was so polite and friendly the entire time! She helped make the experience as comfortable as can be expected! She also did a really good job of explaining the process as she worked and making sure I was properly informed on after wax care. I would gladly make an appointment with her again when I am back in the area!

Nadia was amazing, we instantly vibed and talked the whole time. She’s fast and I had no issues during or after my waxing. I highly recommend her and the facility was clean and the receptionist up front was so friendly and informed me of the process of how things worked and about my waxing I was about to have done.
