I’ve been coming to this location for years now. Very disappointed in my service. My experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was getting my wax from Ruby and it just seemed like she was not all there in the head. I can respect a good chat, but to be airing out your personal business to a stranger is just weird. I’m not here for a life story. Just do your job respectfully. So on that note I’ll make sure to not book with her again. Unfortunately my favorite was fully booked the day I went and I needed a last minute appointment.

She is not only highly skilled and detail-oriented but also incredibly gentle, making the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I had an appointment scheduled for a Brazilian wax and arrived with what I know is an appropriate hair length for the service. I had also properly prepared my skin by exfoliating 24–48 hours beforehand, as recommended. Everything seemed normal when I arrived for the appointment. However, after attempting one strip, the wax specialist told me she was unable to remove any hair and did not want to continue with the service. This was confusing to me, as I have had Brazilian waxing done many times before without any issues. Because I still wanted the service, I scheduled an appointment later that same day at another salon. The second wax specialist completed the Brazilian without any difficulty, which made me even more uncertain about why the first provider felt the service could not be perfo
