I had an amazing waxing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was so welcoming. I felt right at home. Faith my waxer was incredibly friendly, informative, and made the whole process easy. Even the manager who greeted me at the door was so kind and put me at ease. Five stars all the way!

The receptionist with excellent and faith did waxing was awesome too. But I do have a problem with the policy there. I always get to my appointments ahead of time so that I’m not running late. I got my grand glitter there 2025 minutes ahead of time didn’t mind waiting but because the person before us was over nine minutes late, she was taking back at my granddaughter‘s appointment time. We ended up waiting over 35 minutes, which is not fair to someone who is there ahead of time for their appointment and on time I believe nine minutes is way too long of an allowance for someone who’s running late sorry that person should’ve been told to reschedule or wait till after our appointment or till there was an opening Very dissatisfied that are my granddaughter’s appointment did not technically sta

Faith was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I have never felt more comfortable getting a Brazilian wax. I’ve been getting waxed now for almost a year and have seen a total of 3 people, hands down, she’s the best. 10/10 for sure recommend!!

I started my wax experience with Olivia over three years ago. She is personable, professional, and makes you feel comfortable the whole process. Cannot recommend her enough if you’re interested in waxing

I love my waxer Faith, she is amazing. I hate the policy's, in the last month alone, I've had my appointment canceled three times. European had the nerve to cancel my appointment because I was ten minutes late. I have waited multiple times for thirty minutes or more. Never complained or asked for discounts. Today to have my appointment canceled after changing my work schedule to be able to be seen, i get a text that my appointment was canceled due to my waxer no longer being available. I would rather travel to NJ or Philly then to continue to spend my money with a company that doesn't value their customers.
