I have been going to Harpreet for a solid amount of time now, and LOVE her. She’s incredibly personal, skilled, and v patient especially with someone who is still getting used to waxing. 10/10 my favorite technician, although everyone I’ve had there has been utterly lovely! The front staff is always so v kind and the whole experience, despite the fact that you’re getting waxed, is enjoyable!!

Right off the bat, I almost walked out. When I came in, there were a few people behind the front desk including an older woman and a couple of younger girls. I’m not sure if it was just bad timing or unrelated but the girls in the corner started giggling and it made me feel pretty self-conscious since it was my first time getting waxed and I came in dressed comfortably and casually with my hair wrapped in a towel since I had just showered to prep. Keep in mind there was no hey or hello prior on their end. The older woman got me checked in with no issues and she was polite but lowkey seemed over it. Saw Ashleigh for my first ever Brazilian wax and she did really great. I was kinda nervous at first but she made me really comfortable, she was very informative and conversational. The pain was not bad at all and the process was super quick. I didn’t even realize she ripped off the wax at some points because I was distracted from our conversation. Will definitely be going back!

I hadn’t returned to the EWC Leesburg location in quite a while due to some past service issues, despite genuinely liking the place. Recently, my sister-in-law encouraged me to give it another shot and recommended her wax specialist, Emma. I decided to take her advice and booked an appointment. Meeting Emma for the first time was a pleasant surprise—my sister-in-law was absolutely right. Emma is incredibly warm, kind, and has such a lovely personality. I’ll admit, I was nervous going in, worried I might have another unpleasant experience. But Emma was gentle and, honestly, the process was truly painless. Always have a great experience here. Jamie is very experienced making her waxes quick and painless! She makes sure you’re comfortable and educates you on aftercare as well! Highly recommend!
