Her professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanliness were outstanding. She explained each step of the process, checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, and worked efficiently while still being gentle. The results were flawless, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and cares about her clients’ comfort and satisfaction. I am a loyal long standing European wax customer. I have met many waxers in multiple locations and all have been good. I have recently (within the last few months) met Jocelyn in the Lawrence location and am so happy! I always felt like there was potential in my eyebrows but have never been wowed by anyone before. She is amazing! Attention to detail, patience, great understanding of face structures and gives you exactly what you want! I’m not really in love with the location but will be a religious customer as long as Jocelyn keeps doing my eyebrows to perfection! 5 stars. Honestly if you want your eyebrows to look professionally done, go see here asap!

I did a walk-in service, in which they took me immediately. I was greeted by two young ladies at the front desk that were so accomdating and warm Jocelyn was my specialist. She is the best! She was very attentive, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Excellent customer service.
