Pros: The waxers are normally nice when I meet them and they are always recommended products for you. The place is always clean too. The services are normally fast. Cons: I’ve honestly had it with this location. I originally was going to book online but decided to do a walk in for once. I get there at 5:25 pm for a walk in but the door was locked. The dark skinned girl behind the counter with the long black boho braids rolls her eyes then look at her phone as if she looking at the time then comes to the door and say they are closed even though the door say 6 pm. If they close their walk ins at a certain time then they need to have that listed on their website or something so people don’t waste their time coming up there. Secondly, the employee turn over rate at this location is terrible.

Kayla did an amazing job! She was super professional, gentle, and made the whole experience so comfortable. She kept talking to me the entire time, keeping me calm and laughing, which helped so much. The results were great and I felt completely at ease. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!

Tiara is so sweet and does a great job!🩷 My only issue was appointments were behind schedule and the front desk did not inform me until I arrived. If I wasn’t on a tight schedule I wouldn’t have mind the wait but this could have been communicated in advance to give me the option to come in and wait or reschedule BEFORE driving all the way there. Otherwise great location and staff are welcoming.

Caty did such an amazing job, she made me feel comfortable during my visit, absolutely satisfied with my results. The EWC staff were also so kind. I’ll definitely continue to visit frequently!
