The front desk is super nice, and very friendly. Started my visit on a good note. My waxer Aimee-Beth was the best and made sure I was comfortable! Loved my experience at this location. I have been going to European Wax center since 2018, and have been to mostly all South Bay & a few OC locations. This OC location is the best with their service. I live in Costa Mesa and I travel to this location because of how fast and friendly they are. Highly recommend.

Jewels is the best. That’s the only reason I go there. I was 6 mins late (which I never am) & the from desk instead of contacting the provider they made me reschedule. Which messed up my whole day as I don’t live close. If I didn’t have pre-pairs & didn’t think that Jewels was worth going back I would not! Super annoying.

Kaylee is my usual waxer and I love her! Quick and very friendly. She’s super talkative the whole time which I appreciate because it’s a great distraction. If schedules don’t line up there are lots of great waders as well. Can’t go wrong.

I really like my SPECIALIST CHELSEA. She actually makes my wax job a pleasure. Very thorough and always a great job. Super friendly and always happy.
