⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience with Crystal! Crystal was absolutely amazing! It had been six months since my last Brazilian wax, so I was naturally nervous, but she was incredibly patient, gentle, and took her time with me. She made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the entire session. I experienced minimal pain, and everything was done safely and professionally. Her customer service was outstanding from beginning to end—she was kind, reassuring, and truly knowledgeable. I went here for my first ever waxing service (brazilian) and I couldn’t be happier. Everything was perfect even down to the customer service. I walked in and the two women at the counter were extremely welcoming; creating a great first impression of the waxing center and immediately made me feel comfortable. Dorcas did my wax and she was exceptional! I felt unbelievably confident in myself throughout the whole process thanks to her. We talked for the entire time which also aided the relaxation. Overall I will absolutely be coming back here and huge thank you to everyone involved in making my wax experience phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone, especially first-timers who are hesitant to go through with it.

Dorcas is amazing 🤩 like omg I only go to her she’s very sweet. Let you know what she about and they tell you about after care. Plus, show you the products and how to use it. If you have trouble remembering like me she will write it down for you.

This location is amazing—definitely a 10/10! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even had me laughing while I was waiting, which made the whole experience so much better. It was my first time getting a bikini wax, and I was lucky to have Dorcas. She immediately picked up on how nervous I was and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She was sweet, funny, and so easy to talk to. She also took the time to explain how to prevent any issues in the future, which I really appreciated. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel confident and beautiful. I'm so glad she was the one there for my first experience! Great staff and great experience overall.

It was my first time at this location and it was a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Sianni very welcoming! My waxer was Karisma. She was very sweet, efficient and very detailed. I would definitely come back. Thank you for such a great experience!
