Kimona was AMAZING!!! 10/10 Experience. She is very skilled, gentle, personable, knowledgeable, and kind!!! She was able to make my Brazilian feel painless and remove all of my hair!!! I have been going to the European Wax Center in Glastonbury for years- usually 1-2x/year. I have always been happy with the service, but today was exceptionally good. Priscilla was wonderful- she was kind, efficient, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend her services! And- the lovely ladies at the front desk made my day- they were genuine and complimentary- they made me feel seen and gorgeous! 10 gold stars, ladies! You’re awesome!

Alexa was very helpful. As this was my first time, she took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. Being the first time I was nervous at first, but after a few minutes was total relaxed and felt comfortable. I highly recommend her.

Samantha is Amazing!! So sweet and she puts you at ease. Very accommodating, I asked her to take a little more off my eyebrow and she didn't have any issue.
