This was my first time at this location and I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE with Ashley! She was very welcoming and personable! You honestly felt like you were talking to one of your friends! The best part is her technique was so good that my Brazilian barely even hurt and was done in no time. By time she finished I was surprised that she was already done. Left nice and smooth and will definitely be back!

Getting waxed for the first time could have been a really scary experience.. but not with Cerria. She took her time to answer ALL of my questions, and also made the environment super comfortable for me. She engaged in delightful conversation while remaining professional and courteous, and even gave me samples to take home. Five stars is not enough. Would recommend again and again!

Ashley was amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so comfortable from start to finish. First of all this place is my ride and diee because of these two lovely ladies that work there! I have always and will always get waxed by Cierra only! This girl got it, she’s professional, sweet, understanding, patient, and mad funny. Can’t think of anyone better to get the job done honestly, I never leave disappointed, Cierra is the only way to go. The front desk girl is to die for , her and her personality are BEAUTIFUL love that girl. She keeps it professional but also fun, she’s very helpful with any questions that people would have, makes you feel comfortable and at ease for anybody who’s new. In conclusion these two ladies are the MAIN and ONLY reason why I keep coming back so much. Love to my girls <3

I am so happy I found Cierra due to the Frederick location cancelling on me last minute, everything happens for a reason!! This was my first time and I was scared going in but Cierra made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the entire thing, it was the best waxing experience ever. It was painless, clean and she took her time to make sure I left feeling my best. Even reception was so sweet, warm and made me feel welcome/comfortable!!! I will be coming back here and recommend Cierra for any of the girls who are feeling nervous 🩷 Very good experience, thank you! :)
