She is professional, efficient, and makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Her technique is gentle but thorough (PAIN FREE), and her energy is warm and welcoming. I’ve had at least 14 waxing sessions with different specialists there at the Gaithersburg location and my most current session was byfar the best. Simi aka Shagufta (I just met her yesterday) was the one who provided the service and she took her time to make sure all the hair was out. She took longer compared to other waxers but that’s because she put a lot of effort not only into getting all the hair out but also making sure my skin area was CLEAN. She was detail oriented and thorough. My past experiences with other providers there were okay. sometimes I’d leave feeling sticky from leftover wax, which would stick to my clothing and feel uncomfortable when walking out. That didn’t happen with Simi at all. That is what made her STAND OUT. Highly recommend Simi if you want the MOST SANIT
