I had such a wonderful experience at European Wax Center in Fort Lee, NJ! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Kim was absolutely amazing — she made me feel comfortable, was super thorough, and did an excellent job. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They introduced me to the EWC app for easy appointment scheduling and even recommended some great products and packages to help me save money. Absolutely amazing waxing experience! The space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with Kimiko (Kimmie) was incredibly professional and gentle. Kimmie is the absolute best of the best!!!!! Everything was explained clearly, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time! The results were smooth and flawless, with minimal discomfort. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care . This was by far one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
