I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Khi, and she did an amazing job! She makes sure that you are satisfied throughout the service and not just at the end. She's very attentive with her work, and I am pleased with her services.

Khi was amazing! Even though I went in an hour before closing, she still took her time and she made sure I was well taken care of. Highly recommend booking with her.

Worst experience!! First appointment, the waxer didn’t greet me, didn’t explain to me what was going on or check in with me on my comfort. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. Gave them another chance, with a different waxer, even worse experience! The people in the front were scrolling on their phones. Everyone acts like they hate their job and were so inattentive and unprofessional. Asked to speak to the manager and was completely dismissed and pushed out the door. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Aaliyah was my wax specialist, and she did amazing. She made me feel comfortable gave me information about the products they had there on site. I will definitely be booking at this location again, with this specific wax specialist .

Jasmine is the best!! I was very nervous during my first appointment, but she quickly comforted me and made me feel safe. I’ve been coming here for several months now and my experience has been wonderful. Jasmine is super professional, caring, and knowledgeable- she also holds great conversation!
