As a new mom with a busy work schedule, it had been a few months since my last visit, and I was honestly nervous about coming back. The team was incredibly understanding and flexible, even accommodating me with a last-minute appointment, which meant so much. Mayte (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was amazing — very gentle, quick, and guided me through breathing techniques to help calm my nerves. She kept a great conversation going to keep my mind off everything, and it made the experience so much better. Tee at the front desk was also super nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m so happy I came back and will definitely be returning regularly. Highly recommend, especially for busy moms or anyone who feels nervous!

I never really leave reviews, but I was really satisfied with my experience yesterday! First, let me say Alexis was amazing! I used to go here years ago to get my eyebrows done, and I decided to start going back here. We all know that feeling of not knowing who to choose to do your face waxing because everyone’s gonna see how they do- I was running late for my 1pm appointment and for a call as I was on my way and they were very nice! I arrived about 1:15 and they put me in the 1:30 slot instead and it worked out perfectly. When it was my turn to go in, Alexis was very sweet. And COMMUNICATIVE! I chose Nelma to do my first brazilian wax and let me just say, i am so happy with my decision. she talked me through it and explained the whole process making my first time calming, less nervous, and most importantly less painful. wonderful experience all around, the front desk lady Nia was so kind too! great place to go!

Tl;dr- Excellent, Kind, Professional, Clean, Friendly staff, Quiet environment. First time customer. Not new to waxing but new to waxing a certain area. I walked in without an appointment and ended up getting lucky as someone had just canceled their appointment for the upcoming time slot. I was nervous (obviously) but instantly felt a bit relieved when I saw the location was on the smaller side. Inside it was clean and quiet, just myself and the receptionist. I explained what I wanted to do and that I was a bit nervous. The receptionist (I forgot her name) obviously understood the situation and proceeded to talk to me about this-and-that while I waited to be taken back. Con: Only went here once but wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t do a wax, so I’m not reviewing the quality of that service, but I got my eyebrows tinted and had a bad overall experience. I tried to explain what I wanted adjusted but the team member just didn’t see what I saw which was disappointing and ultimately I just said okay, thanks and I left the room. She basically turned her back to me at that point, once I expressed disappointment with the service. I still left a tiny tip, which I feel like I shouldn’t have but I just wanted to get out of there ASAP. And since it was so uneven I just tried to scrub as much off as possible when I got home.
