Love it!! This location is wonderful the employees are so very kind & organized. The facility altogether is clean. I have been dedicated to them for 7+ years now. Megan was my wonderful specialist for 5 of them before moving on to more opportunities last year. Now, I see Savannah and she’s fulfilling Megan’s work perfectly. I couldn’t have found a better fit! Thank you, Savannah! You are GREAT!

I’ve been coming to this location for the last 3 years. My favorite waxers are Carissa and Briana. They are both highly skilled and very personable! They make a potentially awkward experience pleasant.

Jalynn is the absolute business! Her skills are top notch, never leaving a trace of even a singular stubble of hair behind. Along with her speedy and precise waxing, she is extremely personable and friendly. I always look forward to our engaging, warm, and fun chats!

Neacia was hands down amazing! Super happy, thorough, and fast! She made me feel comfortable today! Definitely booking with her at the Columbia location when she's there!

Lady work in front desk 3/7/2026 5:15 pm was not friendly. 3 star But grateful for wax specialist Skai. She is very sweet and nice and professional. 5 star for Skai.
