I had such a great experience at this location! All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Brianna did an amazing job explaining what to expect since I don’t usually get Brazilian waxes, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It definitely wasn’t awkward at all like I was expecting — she kept great conversation and helped distract me throughout. The whole process was quick too, only about 15–20 minutes. Highly recommend seeing Brianna if you’re nervous or new to waxing!
