From the moment I walked in, the receptionist area was warm and welcoming, and the entire center was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It immediately set the tone for a professional and comfortable visit. Cassandra truly exceeded my expectations. Waxing isn’t typically something people describe as relaxing, but she completely changed that for me. She was gentle, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout the entire appointment. I’ve seen a few techs at this location as I’ve been coming here for years, always a nice experience. I can’t be loyal to one bc of my crazy schedule I always book whoever is available at the last minute. Today I had Randee, what a pleasant experience. Not only is she great at what she does, she had an awesome personality throughout the whole session. I’m now going to rearrange my schedule so I can make sure I book with her every visit.

Had a fantastic first time experience with Nicole and Sarah. Nicole is very customer-service oriented, kind, and grounded. Sarah is just AWESOME! She’s so easy-going, reassuring and a great conversationalist. I just felt comfortable and present. Overall, this was a great experience, and I look forward to more services with them.
