I had an amazing experience with Robyn at the European Wax Center in Drum Hill! I’m six months pregnant and Robyn made me feel completely comfortable during my Brazilian wax. She is so easy to talk to and truly made me forget I was even getting waxed. She was extremely thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the entire service. Her care and expertise made all the difference. I walked out feeling like a new woman! I will absolutely be seeing her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.

I highly recommended Iris! She is so kind and funny. Waxing is never an appointment you really want to go to let’s admit it lol but Iris truly makes the experience so much more pleasant and less anxious. My first appointment with her, my skin was very irritated and she acknowledged it and somehow my skin still felt fine after seeing her. I expected to walk out waddling knowing that my skin was already irritated before seeing her but she waxed me in a more comfortable way and suited for my body shape that left me feeling as if I hadn’t even got waxed. And let me not forget to mention how thorough she is which I seriously appreciate! Iris if you see this, I appreciate you and your services!

Robyn is the absolute best waxer ive ever experienced at European wax center, her attention to detail and willingness to get EVERYTHING to satisfy her clients is literally something that stems from empathy! She understands how everyone's body is different and makes sure to express that as long as her clients are comfortable she will take the extra few minutes to personalize each client's experience! She made me feel seen and heard without even having to say much ! Although i genuinely enjoyed our conversation it wasn't forced, she's an amazing person and even better aesthetician! i will never go to another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her!!!
