I was greeted by 3 women at the front desk with a warm welcome. I was waxed by Essence and she did an absolutely amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable even though I was getting an intimate area waxed. She is the reason I will be back to the center. She is patient, personable, friendly, understanding and helpful. If you find yourself looking for a location or a wax, come here and ask for Essence!!
Bria was fantastic! She was super thorough and made sure to leave no hair behind. Oleskandra at the front desk was also such a gem and described all of the services and deals perfectly!
I can’t say enough great things about the experience I had at EWC! This was my first time getting a Brazilian Wax done and I was more than nervous, but from the time of booking with Noel over the phone to the time I got to my appointment and had my session with Hailey to checkout, I was truly impressed! Noel was super friendly over the phone and reassuring. When I got to EWC, I met with Hailey who was doing my wax and she treated me with a warm smile and was also very reassuring! Hailey was so professional yet super sweet and talked me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and we honestly had a blast laughing about all my nerves that were really for nothing! I absolutely love EWC! I was a client when I lived in California and now that I am back on the east coast, I was happy to find a local center to continue services. The Wax Pass has been a saving grace, keeping me accountable and saving me a few bucks. I absolutely LOVE Bria and the front desk staff at the Burlington Towne Crossing Shopping Center. Bria is incredible at what she does, she's knowledgeable and makes my "me time" completely worth it. I am really happy to have found an aesthetician who takes intentional care with their clients. Book with her STAT!!
