Latitia (AKA Tia) is hands down the best eyebrow specialist I have gone to with European Wax Center; she is in the Bethesda location. She legitimately asks you what you are looking for and takes her time getting it right. In general, this place is so good I have invested in two different wax passes! I have never had a bad experinece whether at Rockville fallsgrove, Rockville Congressional Plaza, or Bethesda! Highly recommend!!

I honestly would’ve given one star if Kayla (an awesome wax specialist) wasn’t still there! If late policy is going to change to five minutes during the certain times , please let the customer know over when booking over the phone! I booked with someone different than Kayla, and the front desk did not tell me about this policy that until I had trouble finding parking. I ended up going to Rockville instead since I got there at 7:08 pm and could not be service and they have some much better service and great accommodations! Also, heads up that this location charges a fee when you tip with card(Rockville location doesn’t). Adding a photo too should the email sent to me almost 20 minutes after the visit of checking in!

Mea is exceptional at what she does. Professional, efficient, and incredibly attentive, she creates a calm, respectful environment that immediately puts you at ease. Her technique is precise and quick, which makes a big difference, and she’s clearly very experienced. She explains what she’s doing, checks in throughout the process, and prioritizes both comfort and hygiene. The results are consistently excellent, with minimal irritation and great aftercare advice. If you’re looking for someone skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely dedicated to quality service, Mea is a standout Brazilian wax specialist.

I love KAYLA. I love the staff. I feel amazing every time I get a wax. She takes such good care of me. I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am that I’m able to come here.

Claudia did a great job. She was gentle but effective with my wax. I also appreciated her bedside manner and conversation. Definitely would recommend.
