I usually go to this one bc it’s in my area, I won’t be going back. My last 2 waxes have left me with more ingrown hairs than I’ve ever had in my life!!! I was thinking while the wax was happening that she was doing it wrong. She also took off all my hair when I said I wanted a strip. And the time before that there were multiple patches of hair that she missed that I then had to shave. Won’t be going back to this place.

Always had a good experience with the ladies here. Definitely pricy though. They are pretty pushy about packages so don’t be afraid to say no if you’re not interested.

My first wax ever and I definitely recommend Marina. She was every informative, we spoke the whole time (have so much in common). Felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. Definitely book with her if it’s your first time getting waxed.

The recepcionista Amber was amazing- so friendly and kind. Unfortunately this Joanna the waxer was not. She had her air pod on which already showed disconnection, she didn’t smile ou make an effort to be nice or friendly. She answered in a rude tone and snappy- I mean honestly you pay for a service and all you want is to feel taken care of.

I decided to try another Queens location and I’m so glad I found Alisson @ this Astoria location. She was UNDERSTANDING and patient with my Brazilian. She attended my needs and expectations and was so sweet, caring and efficient!!! also Clarisse (hope I spelt that correctly) at the front desk, was delightful. :)
