Lindsay is a great team member here! She is very knowledgeable and informative about how to take proper care after your services and how to use the products to their full potential and the dos and donts for waxing. She doesn’t make you feel stupid when you ask questions , she’s quick with a helpful answer. It’s never awkward, she makes you feel comfortable and safe. I have been coming here to this location since May and have had wonderful experiences even if Lindsay isn’t available. The place is always clean and welcoming environment. The front desk staff is amazing, scheduling and rescheduling are simple and easy. Booking more than one service made easy. They always make sure to get you squeezed in if you’re on a time crunch. I have been going to EWC Alpharetta for years and all the wax specialists are very good. I recently had an appointment with Lindsay and could tell she was very experienced with her technique. Hardly any discomfort, it was quick yet through. When she said she was the trainer I was not surprised, she did an excellent job! Thank you to the team at EWC Alpharetta, including the receptionists. Always a pleasant experience!

I made my very first waxing appointment after encouragement from a friend who goes to EWC Alpharetta. I was very nervous and apprehensive about how much pain I might experience. I just completed my 3rd appointment with Armonie. I’m so happy with my services and results! From the very 1st visit, Armonie was a true professional. She made me feel very comfortable and explained each step thoroughly. She was also very knowledgeable about the skin and gave me advice on how to care for it between waxing. The products she recommended have really made a difference! Such an amazing location. This is is the only place I’ll go. I’ve been to so many other wax places or sugaring but until I started seeing Shakir at this location I couldn’t ever stick with it. I have really sensitive skin and she’s always made sure I leave feeling my best! Also the front desk staff is so sweet. Never had a bad experience here!
